Buy2Sell

Buy a set number of units in a property that will be sold. You earn the stated ROI at sale or maturity.

Who it is for: People who want a timed return from a future sale.
What you get: A project interest with a stated ROI, a maturity date, an early withdrawal fee, and optional auto-rollover. This is not title to the property.
Minimum: ₦50,000 / unit

Invest

Longer-hold projects aimed at rental yield or managed capital growth.

Who it is for: People building a portfolio over a longer term.
What you get: Units in a managed investment with a stated ROI and maturity date. This is not a Buy2Sell sale.
Minimum: Set per project

Co-ownership

Joint ownership of one named asset. Your units are your share of that asset.

Who it is for: People who want a defined share of a specific property.
What you get: A co-ownership share of one named asset, with a stated ROI and a maturity date.
Minimum: Set per asset

Buy Land with ₦1k

Land-only projects. Each unit costs ₦1,000 or less.

Who it is for: People starting with a small land position.
What you get: Land units at or below the ₦1,000 cap, with a stated ROI, escrow earnings, and a maturity date.
Minimum: ₦1,000 or less per unit
